Urgent solutions. Less talk, more work
Artists, specialists in cooperation, community living in the same street come together, in order to improve living quality in this one street. Do they mean living greener? Friendlier? More efficiently? Funnier? In a more interesting or different way? Or more quietly? Their activity is an experiment with defining wishes and achieving them together idejuTalka will take place in August, the first results presented in September, during the festival SURVIVAL KIT. The centre of attention – Matīsa Street in Riga.
Artists' Bios:
idejuTalka means activities in order to make better use of one’s own knowledge and ideas for accomplishing something important – establishing a business, realizing a project, consolidating the knowledge of numerous employees, clients and partners to develop a business strategy or a new product, helping a school or a community together with the locals, school students or parents.
Ieva Saulīte is an artist and curator. She organizes the NABAKLAB exhibition program and produces projects in collaboration with other partners.
