What can an artist or a creative person do in the current situation? Keep on painting, making movies, writing stories, taking photos, drawing... Maybe it is the right time to sit down and have a chat about all kinds of things? Besides, if you’re treated to something delicious... Now we’re talking! The best conver- sations oftentimes happen exactly in the kitchen.
Exactly for this reason Katrīna Neiburga together with Una Meiberga, Agnese Krivade and other artists and creative people will invite everyone to drop by at the soup kitchen where artists will take over the job of the chef, each day a different artist. The round table will be the place for engaging in conversations, asking questions, maybe sharing valuable advice and acquiring new experiences.
Also pieces by famous artists will be on display in the kitchen. Well, they might not be the actual originals... You can reveal yourself to art in many various manifestations – as a creative gesture, cooking or conversations. And all of it will be for free. Almost like in lotusland.
