We aren’t a group of artists and the making of artistic items isn’t included in our programme of activities. An item of art in its essence is something that doesn’t have any function. It’s a kind of intellectual game without wider consequences, but we don’t wish to waste our energy indulging in pointless play. Using a creative opportunity to reach a greater mass of people, we wish to spread a message. Those with their eyes open will understand.

Artist's Bio:
The Rīga Chapter of the “Red Brotherhood“ is part of an international structure without a central home or a central home page on the internet. The organization is a mutually connected information network without a hierarchy, within the framework of which, one brother, for the purposes of security knows only a few of his closest comrades. The goal of the brotherhood is to develop a better order for the world, where the provision of information isn’t determined by a few press magnates and where a person can access not just the editor’s selected rubbish of real events in the world. Information is the very greatest treasure in this world. It is uneducated to live in illusions about the freedom of expression, spending time in American billionaire Zuckerberg’s controlled Facebook and other social networks, the content of which, as we know from CIA programmer E. Snowden’s divulged information, is read, stored and controlled by the USA’s security services. All of our e-mails and telephone calls are stored in their servers as the USA’s government and Great Britain’s security services were forced to admit this summer.
Even though recent revolutions have shown that it is agony, the governing apparatus is still trying to control society’s state of mind. The system will be changed. You can become a part of these changes.
