Where Are My Flip Flops

Lecture-performance

“Where Are My Flip-Flops” is a lecture-performance in which Robertas Narkus elaborates on topics such as management of circumstances, uncertainty, taxonomies of cacti and foundation of the Vilnius Institute of Pataphysics. Starting off once upon a time in a Zoo, the narrative of the lecture continues in a former shoe shop in Helsinki, moving in space and time towards a residency of a former KGB agent in the outskirts of Vilnius, travelling to Paris without a previous intention and returning back with an idea. Accompanied by findings from different places Narkus piece suggests the presence of the extraordinary in the everyday.
